craftsmanship

Each piece is born from a gesture, not a machine.

The creative process begins in Sonia's hands, shaping brass, thread by thread. Sometimes it starts from a previous drawing; other times, the form emerges organically, playing with the material until a flower, a bow, or an unexpected silhouette appears. It is an intuitive, slow, and deeply artisanal process.

Once the shape is defined, the piece is taken to the foundry, where a first mold is obtained, from which a first wax casting and a first metal casting are made. These first versions return to the workshop, where they are studied, polished, and precisely modified until the desired proportion and balance are achieved.

From this meticulous work, the definitive mold is created, which will allow casting as many brass pieces as necessary. Some molds give rise to different models, always maintaining the same artisanal origin.

When pieces incorporate stones, they follow their own path: in some cases, they are hand-cut by a lapidary; in others, they go directly to the setter, where they are carefully integrated into the jewelry, or taken to the stringer.

The process concludes with an 18-karat gold plating, which provides luminosity and durability to each piece. Finally, all jewelry returns to the workshop for an exhaustive quality control, ensuring that every detail lives up to its history.

This is how each creation combines intuition, technique, and time. This is how craftsmanship becomes jewelry.
