Place the jewelry you wish to return in a box and make sure to close it properly.

We'll send you a link with the TIPSA label, which you'll need to stick on the box, and the courier will pick up your package on the scheduled date.

Once we receive your return and verify that everything is correct, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 5 days, depending on the bank.
